CIEH Principles and Practise of Risk Assessment

This course is designed to help improve the workplace culture for occupational health and safety and helps to raise employees' awareness of the concept of risk assessment in a work environment.  Its main purpose is to enable candidates to understand the basic principles of risk assessment and give them the ability to contribute to the risk assessment process. 
Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for anyone with a responsibility to conduct risk assessments. Candidates should have a basic knowledge of general health and safety matters prior to taking the course.

Successful completion of the training programme, assignment and self-evaluation will enable candidates to:

Duration

The duration of the course is 7hours.

Assessment

There is a short multi-choice test at the end of the course. Candidates are required to correctly answer 20 out of 30 questions in order to achieve a Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Certificate
